Technical

Brought the model picture into photoshop, then using eraser tool to delete extra stuffs.  Next, added effect to the model.  Then, brought the chiffon picture into the model and changed its effect.  Brought the fire and smoke on top of the chiffon.  To finish, I add the texture.

Artistic

Integrate a model in dark environment and apply abstract lights effects over the scene. Create some nice sparkly effects and connect them with a certain model, mixing up everything with a nice suitable background.

Reflection

I pretty much like the work.  The overall image is good.  Everything blends well together.

Technical

First, I brought in the picture of by the window into photoshop.  Then I deleted the image in the window using eraser tool, then replace it with the snowy weather picture.  Added some clouds and other images to look fantasy.  Next, I brought the teddy bear next to the girl and add some effect to it.  To finish up the work, I add the texture into it.

Artistic

This tutorial covers techniques such as replacing images seamlessly in an image such as the view through a window using several images, blending modes and brushes. Using brushes to paint-in realistic shadows and light.  Texture is being used to give the image a different feel to it.

Reflection

Overall, I pretty like my work.  I do not think I am going to change anything.  This one is one of the best work in my independent project category.

Technical

First, I opened the landscape 45 and brought into photoshop.  Then, did the same thing for desert mountains.  Next, use the erase tool to erase the top and bottom of the desert mountains.  I opened the Ol’ Buttermilk sky and brought into photoshop and erase the bottom.  Using the star brushes to add the light into the middle.  Opened up the old tree and brought into photoshop.  I changed it color and flip  its duplicate to make its own shadow.  Use the birds of a feather brushes on top of the tree.  Next, brought the bench and rose into photoshop and add source light on top of rose.  I also opened up the Vintage 02 and brought the girl into photoshop and add some shadows.  Lastly, I used the Midnight scratches to make the poster looks old.  To finish up the project, I used filter to darken the picture.

Artistic

Blending is used because each pictures are blend together seamlessly and applying color effect using several adjustments layers.  Texture also applied when finished the project.

Reflection

I really proud of myself.  I like how well the poster looks, but there is one thing I that I don’t like about is the shadow of the girl.  I accidentally made too dark on the face and hands.  If I were going to change it, I would make it more lighter.

Technical

I started with a filter background.  I pen tool the children and brought them into the photoshop.  I also brought the tree that was made before.  To finish up, I created the calendar and add some brushes.

Artistic

One of the Element of Design that I used in this project is value or tone.  The tone of the calendar is warm and represents going to spring.  One of the Principle of Design that I used in this project is unity.  I made the calendar fitted together, so it won’t look awkward.

Reflection

I pretty okay with this.  I finished this calendar fast and did not pay close attention to overall looking.  If I were going to change it, I would pay more attention and add more details to it.
