The sized for the background is 1600×900 pixels. I filled in my background with a simple turquoise color (5acbd1). Next, I added the Maple Leaves to my background. I put some leave small and some different ways. I grouped all of my leaves and put it to screen. I changed the opacity of the leaves to 80%. Then, I added dots to my background. My dots size are about 150-200. I set them to scatted so I get little dots too. I used 3 different colors (White,

TECHNICAL
As my background, I just used a simple light gray background. On google I found a Diploma and Graduation cap. I went to Illustrator and used my pen tool to make copies of them and add different colors. Next, I opened photoshop and pasted them. Last, I added my text.
ARTISTIC
The spaced I used filled the whole poster. I wanted to fit the diploma. The dominate color i used to attract the people attention was yellow.
REFLECTION
I kept my poster really simple. I used the diploma because I want the people to see what I’m talking about before they read everything. I want them to know that its a diploma for them to graduate high school.

Background Tutorial | Slant Font | Sony Sketch Font
TECHNICAL
Its really easy making this poster besides the background. I started off doing my background. I had a hard time because it didn’t look right. Another thing I had a hard time with was the color, blending mode, and a lot of filtering. Then, I downloaded the slant font, suggested from my friend. I added the text to my poster and put a blending mode called color dodged.
ARTISTIC
For this poster I used texture. I wanted to smooth out all lines I have used for the lighting. The color I was going for was bright, so I used a black background and overlap it with color dodge. The unity I have put together with the background being bright and putting the color of the text white.
REFLECTION
I really like how the poster turned out. I never thought it would turn out this good. The blending mode helped the color out a lot, it really add light to the poster. The filtering really added amazing effect to the poster.

Background Tutorial | Slant Font | BBoy Image (Main) | BBoy Image 1 | BBoy Image 2 | Crown
Technical
For this poster project, I started out working on my background from the tutorial. I had a tough time with the background because of the filtering and blending the photos. Next, I added my main BBoy picture. I made two copies of my main picture and I flipped one of them horizontally. I place them side by side, but added space between them. I place them right in the middle of them poster. I added an outer glow around the picture. Then, I started adding the details the to poster, by adding bboys, lines, and crown silhouette and putting it as overlay. Last, I put my quote.
Artistic
The composition I used to arrange my poster are lines, color, and balance. Using lines in my background helped me separate the colors. The color of the background has four different colors going light to dark. i balanced it out by the pictures, putting my main in the middle and my shadow pictures on each side.
Reflection
The final outcome of this project turned out to be good. I really like the colors in this. I’m really not satisfied with the overlay bboy in the background, because it kinda took away the main picture of my poster. Next time, I will reduce the opacity of my overlay bboy.
“The ultimate freedom for creative groups is the freedom to experiment with new ideas. Some skeptics insist that innovation is expensive. In the long run, innovation is cheap. Mediocrity is expensive—and autonomy can be the antidote.” ~Daniel Pin
To me, this quote means having freedom to do my own project. I have the freedom to create a project with new ideas. With new ideas, I will experiment creativity in my project. I will be able to learn more in creating my projects. Creating new project is hard, but if I had the help I will become easy. Having just the skill to create is hard, but learning on my own can be easy to achieve.
Creative Freedom
I’m going to use my creative freedom wisely. Using this time, I am able to learn new things on my own. As I am learning new things, I will be able to use them in my work. I will be more motivated in my work and get it done. I will use Element and Principle of Design in my final projects.
Final Reflection
My over all experience with Multimedia was exciting. I had a lot of help from Mr. Hayes and friends. Having them in class with me made it a lot easier and fun. I was able to learn to create projects on Photoshop and Illustrator. My favorite thing to do in Multimedia was working in Photoshop. In Photoshop, I blend photos together and make it as one unique photo. My best project this semester was the Vector Project. I was my favorite one because I took my time. Putting together the colors for my vector project turn out really well. my grade for this class should be an “A” because I got all my work done in the end. I stayed focus but slacked off a little.
