Naming Documents
For the purposes of this class, please name your document using following format only. Failure to do so will result in a loss of class credit for the assignment. The name should begin with your class period, followed by your last name and first initial, followed by the assignment name.
For example, John Smith is in 3rd period and the assignment name is PSA Pre-production. The correct file name would be: P3 SmithJ PSA Pre-Production. You can choose to use spaces or not, it doesn’t matter.
Sharing Documents
Please SHARE your documents with me, DON’T EMAIL them. To do so, follow these steps:
- Open your document.
- Click on the “Share” button in the upper right corner of the screen.
- In the box underneath where it says “Add People”, type Hayes (my account will pop up).
- To the right of this box is a drop-down menu. Make sure to select “Can Edit.” This allows me to add comments or edit your document.
- Click “Share”.
- To share with multiple people, just enter their emails in the share box, separated by a comma.
