Kaneda and I were talking about some of these other GAMRs. He says he doesn't know if they have what it takes to make it on the GRID. I told him that you weren't one of the ones that we had to worry about, but he isn't so sure. Lets prove him wrong.
These "LOYO" Missions allow you to work on what you want AND get credit for it! LOYO II missions should take about an hour or two. As long as you document your work as described below, you're good to go!
This mission is repeatable, too... So you'll have no problem if you want to do another small project. The real goal is to DOCUMENT!!! Make sure you can show Haze that you're busy and learning, and how your time was used... beyond that . . . he doesn't care much specifically what you learn!
Explore and challenge yourself!
So, what are you going to explore? It is up to you. You can check your Guild page for links to tutorial sites to get you started.
"THIS IS CRITICAL!" MAKE SURE YOU INCLUDE LINKS TO ALL OF YOUR SOURCES! EVERY IMAGE, EVERY TUTORIAL, EVERY INSPIRATION PIECE SHOULD BE LINKED TO AND BRIEFLY SUMMARIZED!
NO LINKS, NO CREDIT!
You did a great job of learning a cool new trick! This was a little more challenging, so the reward will be greater, too...
Be sure that you have COMPLETE documentation for your work. It should include:
WHO you learned from- a link to the tutorial you used.
WHAT you learned- be SPECIFIC.
WHY you wanted to learn it
TOOLS - links to the resources you used (programs, fonts, images, etc..)
PROOF- screenshots of your work and the new skills you learned (MUST include the image with layers visible!).
**DO NOT CLICK MASTERY WITHOUT HAZE'S APPROVAL!
He won't approve it without the documentation done and good, detailed screenshots of your image INCLUDING your layers! JPG's of final images are also required... but you also need proof of your work showing layers!
Muy bueno! Visitor, you are starting to look like a real GAMR now. Keep building skills that can be combined later in a CYOM...
The BOSS always encourages GAMRs to never to stop learning. For each new thing you learn you can repeat Mastery.
