Portfolio: B
This isn't necessarily the best portfolio website around but at lease I have followed the instructions and have kept it up throughout the school year unlike some other people that still don't even have it up today.
Logos: B
I should get that I believe are suitable because on the logos I re-edited them and cleaned them up by using kerning, tracking, and leading to make them look more presentable.
Self Portrait: B
On the Self Portrait I didnt put as much effort as I should have put into it so I don't think that it is necesarily A material but at least a B.
T-Shirts: C
On the T-Shirt Designs I could have done a lot better but I never really found the inspiration to put more into it so I am willing to accept a C.
Typographic Poster: B
I really enjoyed the Typographic Poster because it taught me more about traditional typeface and used the grid to align all of the elements in the project.
Elements & Principles of Design Poster: A
For the Elements & Principles of Design Poster I honestly only started out by messing around with the pen tool then I started to see some kind of concepts come together then all of the sudden I see Mr. Hayes coming up to me saying that it was well put together and posibly wall material, and I believe that I understand colors and contrast and that I showed any onlooker how they are used not only in definition but by a visual example.
Independent Projects: Pet Portrait: B | Stock Photos: B | Ice Cream Cone: A | Raining Blood : B
On the pet portrait it wasn't something as complicated as the self portrait but it was well put together not the best but at least a B. The stock photos I had no clue to what I was even doing with it to begin with.
At the beginning I was just messing around trying to get a feel for photoshop since I havn't really used it for a project by itself. So I started layering different stock photos I thought that would have looked cool together and that is how it turned out. Since it might of not been put together the right way but it did end out as it did so I am willing to accept a B.
On the Ice Cream Cone I pentooled everything exept the shadowing which I went into photoshop and use one of the paint brushes. I believe I should get an A on it because I spent a lot of time on it and instead of just leaving it as is I took the extra step of bringing it into photoshop and editing it.
On the raining blood I just layered the photos but I used some different affects to make the tecture different. Nothing extremely complicated or spectacular so I will take the B.
